Breeze Signature is an Android app that accepts a customer signature and applies it to a Spire order or invoice.

Features:
Finding what to sign
- Automatically lists the most recently modified orders\invoices.
- Option to restrict list to last modified user initials per device. Useful for POS stations, service counters, sales reps etc.
- Ability to search for any order\invoice just like searching Spire; also sorted by recently modified.
Signing
- Users are shown and confirm the details of the selected order\invoice.
- On-screen signature accepted. (Turn landscape if on a phone!)
- A PDF document of the details, with the signature, is attached as a note to the invoice\order in Spire.
Emailing
- Order\invoice is searched for all associated email addresses.
- Signers can choose email(s), if any, should receive the emailed PDF.
- All emails are sent via Spire (not the device) so Spire users have full visibility.
Deployment
- Simple to deploy. Just download from the Google Play Store, enter your Spire server and user details and away you go.
- Zero server config or PC software installation.
- Breeze Signature talks directly to the Spire server using only the secure Spire API.
