Breeze Scanner uses the same “full-text-search” that the Spire API uses to search in Spire. As such, ANY text associated with an inventory item can be used for the search. If there are multiple matches, you are shown a list. This list is sorted with all exact matches at the top of the list. If the text match was an exact match for part number, UPC, or serial number, you are told which element matched in each item.
Sometimes, an inventory databases is created where the check-digit of the bar code is not included in the part number. If your database was created that way, you can choose to ignore the check-digit in the scan results.

Easy Setup
Breeze Scanner is very easy to configure, just ensure your device is on a the same WiFi network as your Spire Server. Breeze Scanner will search for available Spire servers, just like Spire. It will show you a list of companies just like Spire. It will authenticate your Spire user ID and password, just like Spire.
