Breeze Scanner is a free Android app in the Google Play Store that lets you scan barcodes and search Spire for the item details.

Customization
- You can customize which columns show in your list of items.
- You can control, per user, if costs are displayed (by default they are not! Spire Admin required to allow this)

Breeze Scanner uses the same “full-text-search” that the Spire API uses to search in Spire. As such, ANY text associated with an inventory item can be used for the search. If there are multiple matches, you are shown a list. This list is sorted with all exact matches at the top of the list. If the text was an exact match for part number, UPC, or serial number, you are told which element matched for each item.
Easy Setup
We have worked hard to make this the easiest Spire add-on app in the world to setup. Just make sure your device is on a the same WiFi network as your Spire Server. Breeze Scanner will search for available Spire servers: just like Spire. It will show you a list of companies: just like Spire. It will authenticate your Spire user ID and password: just like Spire.
